At Ciberwatch we take care of our products shipment. We concern about the delivery protection guaranteeing a correct boxing and packaging of every item. The transport is totally insured against theft and loss.

The estimated delivery deadline for international shipments depends on the destination country where the product is shipped. This is generally between 3-5 working days.

Orders below 250€ will have a 89€ fixed cost, and will be performed by registered mail insured for the product value. Orders over 250€ have free shipping and will be sent by Transports DPD Agency or International Seur, depending on destination.
Product returns information:
Ciberwatch allows returning the product within the first week since it has been received by the customer, regardless the reason.
Every customer must take into account our returns policy:

The returned product must be in the same conditions as it was sent, with all tags, original packaging, instruction manuals and warranties. It must attach a note inside, specifying if you want a refund or a product exchange.

If you return a product, we will deduct 12€ from the full amount of the purchase order, due to delivery and manipulation expenses. The refund will be made when we receive the item in our office, after checking and verifying the product, within 72 hours from receiving it.

We will make the refund in the same way that the payment has been made, excepting cash on delivery payments. In those cases we will make a wire transfer to an account number that you must send us.

The product replacement entails another shipping charge.
If you would like to run your withdrawal right on a purchased product or products, please remember that should be executed before 14 days since the arrival date of the items. Please print and complete the following form, scan it and send it back to us though our email account

Mediante la recogida del artículo o producto en mi domicilio, en cuyo caso este servicio tendrá un coste de acuerdo al volúmen del/los artículo/s y en base al domicilio de recogida. *Ciberwatch le recuerda que, de conformidad con el artículo 108 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de Noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias, el consumidor dispone de un plazo de 14 días (desde la fecha de comunicación del ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento) para entregar los productos objeto de desistimiento.
