Payment Methods

As for the forms of payment, in Ciberwatch we offer several options for you to make your purchase and process the payment in the most comfortable way possible. We detail them below:

- Payment by credit / debit card: The charge on your card will be made in real time through the virtual POS, once it has been verified that the data reported is correct. CIBERWATCH will not store any of the details of your credit / debit card. At the time of processing your order, the data of your card will be transmitted encrypted by an SSL certificate and absolutely secure to the financial institution, with the sole purpose of making the payment corresponding to your order.

 The credit / debit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuer of the same, but if that entity does not authorize payment, we can not consider the purchase contract formalized. If you opt for this form of payment, you are guaranteeing that you have full authorization to use the card with which you make the payment of your order.

- Payment by bank transfer: If you select this form of payment, and you have completed the entire process and confirmed the order, CIBERWATCH will indicate (on the Web and through an email) the account number to make the payment. You must include the order number in the transfer concept. The order will not be considered until the amount transferred to the CIBERWATCH account is received. If after five calendar days since the order was placed, the transfer was not verified, the order will be automatically canceled.

- Payment through the PayPal gateway: To be able to pay with this system, you must have a PayPal user account and make sure that the shipping address provided to PayPal is the same as the one you provide to CIBERWATCH.

- Payment on delivery: If you choose this form of payment, we inform you that verification is required, so we will contact you by telephone to notify the shipment. You must pay the amount of the purchase to the delivery company of the transport company, at the time of delivery of the contracted product, plus the shipping costs, as well as, if applicable, a surcharge that is detailed in the purchase summary.

This form of payment entails a commission of 4.5% on the amount of the item, and a minimum of € 4. It is the commission that the transport companies apply to us for the management and remission of the amount. This payment option is not valid for orders destined to territory outside the European Union, or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and also for the payment of watchbands as well as articles of the Argyor brand.
